FAQ
Q: How Do I Place an Order?
A: You can send in an order form or send us an email at le.modemaison@gmail.com and we will reply within 12 hours.

Q: How Do I Make Payments?
A: You can either transfer online/bank in through cash deposit/transfer through atm to our CIMB Account, Maybank Account or Public Bank Account. (PAYPAL COMING UP FOR OVERSEAS SHOPPERS!)

Q: I am from Penang Island, Can Cash-On Delivery be made? (face-to-face transaction)
A: Yes. COD can be arranged within 2-3 days upon confirmation of order, we will not reserve any items. COD can be made at DISTED COLLEGE, GURNEY PLAZA, TANJUNG BUNGAH and etc.(anywhere within 5 minutes away from each location)

Q: Whats the difference of Pos Laju and Pos Express?
A: Pos Laju requires the signature of the recipient, in other words, doorstep delivery. Pos Express is less safer, parcel will be dropped into the mail box. Pos Laju is highly recommended.

Q: Can I reserve items?
A: Yes, you can reserve items only if payment has been made/at least half of the total amount. Reserved items are only allowed for 7 days, or deposit will be forfeited.

Q: Are Sold Out Items Restockable?
A: Yes, if only it is stated that the item is "RESTOCKABLE". To restock items, full payment is required and we will make a full refund if the item is no longer available for restock.
